Viagra contains Sildenafil citrate that works by increasing blood flow to the penis and causes strong erection. Sildenafil citrate is PDE5 inhibitor that suppresses the activity of phosphodiesterase type 5. This enzyme is necessary for inactivating of cyclic GMP. Accumulation of cyclic GMP in the corpus cavernosum is associated with relaxation of blood vessels and increasing blood flow to penis.

Absolute and relative contraindications: The drug must not be used in cases of:
