The main effects and Strombafort pharmacodynamics:
Stanozolol is an anabolic steroid. Penetrating into the cell nucleus, activates the genetic apparatus of cells, leading to increased synthesis of DNA, RNA and structural proteins, activation of the tissue respiration chain enzymes and increased tissue respiration, oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthesis and the accumulation of macroergs inside the cell.
Strombafort stimulates the anabolic and inhibits catabolic processes caused by glucocorticoids.
Leads to increased muscle mass, decrease fat deposits, improves trophic tissues, contributes to the deposition of calcium in the bones, retains nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, sodium and water in the body. Hematopoietic effects are associated with increased synthesis of erythropoietin.
Androgenic activity (low) can contribute to the development of secondary sexual characteristics of male type.

- violations of protein synthesis
- cachexia of different origins
- trauma, burns, pre-and postoperative periods, conditions after infection and irradiation
- renal or adrenal insufficiency
- Graves' disease
- muscular dystrophy
- osteoporosis
- negative nitrogen balance in corticosteroid therapy
- hypo-and aplastic anemia
- as s preventive means to reduce the frequency and severity of attacks of hereditary angioedema
- adjuvant treatment of tuberculosis, osteomyelitis, asthma, hepatitis
Absolute and relative contraindications: The drug must not be used in cases of:
- hypersensitivity to the components of the preparations or a known allergic reaction to drugs of the same class.
- prostate cancer, breast cancer in men
- breast carcinoma in women with hypercalcemia
- myocardial ischemia
- marked atherosclerosis
- hepatic and renal failure
- acute and chronic prostatitis
- pregnancy, breast-feeding
The preparation should be used with caution after a consultation with your doctor in the following conditions:
- diabetes
- blood clotting disorders
Possible adverse reactions: As any drug Strombafort may express specific side effects. If a side effect is stated below it will not necessarily appear during the use of the preparation. Women
- symptoms of virilization
- inhibition of ovarian function
- menstrual disorders
- hypercalcemia
Men:
in the prepubertal period
- symptoms of virilization
- idiopathic hyperpigmentation of the skin
- growth retardation
in postpubertal period
- irritation of the bladder
- gynecomastia
- priapism
Advanced age
- hypertrophy and / or carcinoma of the prostate gland
Men and women
- progression of atherosclerosis
- peripheral edema
- dyspeptic disorders
- abnormal liver function with jaundice
- changes in leucocyte level
- pain in the long tubular bones
- hypocoagulation with a tendency to bleeding
