The main effects and Nandrolona D pharmacodynamics:
Nandrolona D is a synthetic derivative of testosterone with mild androgenic, but strong anabolic effect. Its anabolic effect is manifested by activation of reparative processes in the epithelium, bone and muscle tissues as a result of stimulation of protein synthesis and structural components of cells. Nandrolone Decanoate increases absorption of aminoacids from the small intestine (in the background of a diet rich in proteins) creating a positive nitrogen balance.
Promotes erythropoietin production and and activates anabolic processes in bone marrow that has antianemic action if used with iron preparations. Nandrolone Decanoate inhibits the synthesis of endogenous gonadotropins and testosterone. In large doses inhibits spermatogenesis.

Absolute and relative contraindications: The drug must not be used in cases of:
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparations or a known allergic reaction to drugs of the same class.
- prostate cancer, breast cancer in men
- breast carcinoma in women with hypercalcemia
- myocardial ischemia
- marked atherosclerosis
- nephrotic syndrome
- acute and chronic liver diseases
- nephritis
- pregnancy, breastfeeding

- dyspeptic disorders
- abnormal liver function with jaundice
- changes in leucocyte level
- pain in the long tubular bones
- hypocoagulation with a tendency to bleeding
