Sustaject 250 is an oil-based blend of testosterone containing four different testosterones: Testosterone propionate, testosterone decanoate, testosterone isocaproate, testosterone phenylpropionate. Using 4 different testosterones Sustaject provides extended release action. Sustaject is a strong bulking anabolic that provides pronounced androgenic effect. After administration Sustanon provides an immediate
androgenic effect and remains active for up to 4 weeks.

Absolute and relative contraindications: The drug must not be used in cases of:
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparations or a known allergic reaction to drugs of the same class.

- Increased calcium blood levels
- Increased level of calcium in the urine
- Heart failure
- Renal failure
- Hepatic failure
- Asthenia

- Reproductive system: libido changes.
- Dermatological reactions: eels, male-pattern baldness.
- Digestive system: nausea, abnormal liver function, hepatic purpura, malignant liver disease, cholestatic jaundice, increase in liver transaminases.
- Blood coagulation system: inhibition of plasma clotting factors II, V, VII and X activity , bleeding in patients taking anticoagulant drugs by mouth, polycythemia.
- Central nervous system and peripheral nervous system: headache, fear, paresthesia.
- Metabolism: elevated levels of cholesterol in blood plasma.
- Local reactions: inflammation and pain at the injection site.
