The main effects and Nandrolone pharmacodynamics: the pharmacological effects of the preparation are androgenic and anabolic. The preparation stimulates synthesis of nucleic acids, structural proteins, improves cellular respiration and oxidative phosphorylation in the skeletal muscles, promotes muscle growth and decreases fat tissue deposits. Anabolic effect of the preparation consists in activation of reparation processes in the epithelium, bone and muscle tissue as a result of protein and cellular component synthesis. Stimulates the production of erythropoietin.
In bodybuilding the preparation may be used for bulking and strength increasing purposes. The preparation expresses a low level of aromatization thus water retention is not a significant issue in athletes using the preparation. The drug is mainly metabolized by the liver and eliminated with urine.

Absolute and relative contraindications: The drug must not be used in cases of:
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparations or a known allergic reaction to drugs of the same class.
- Prostate gland cancer
- Acute and chronic prostatitis
- Mammary gland cancer in men
- Hepatitis
- Acute liver dystrophy
- Pregnancy
- Lactation period
