The main effects and Clenbuterol pharmacodynamics:
Clenbuterol is a selective beta2-adrenostimulant, has bronchodilating and secretolytic properties. Stimulates beta 2-adrenergic receptors and adenylyl cyclase, increases the concentration of cAMP in the cells, prevents myosin's ability to connect to actin and promotes relaxation of the bronchi. Clenbuterol inhibits the release of mast cell mediators that contribute to bronchospasm and inflammation of the bronchi. The medicine reduces swelling and congestion in the bronchi, improves mucociliary clearance.
Clenbuterol also contributes to solid, quality muscle growth, which is complemented by a significant power gain. First Clenbuterol has a strong anticatabolic effect, promoting the muscle cells growth. Another property of Clenbuterol is fat burn without diet with a slight rise in body temperature.

- bronchial asthma
- fat burn and muscle mass gain for athletes, especially during preparation for competitions
Absolute and relative contraindications: The drug must not be used in cases of:
- hypersensitivity to the components of the preparations or a known allergic reaction to drugs of the same class.
- hyperthyroidism
- tachycardia, tachyarrhythmia
- hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
- ischemic heart disease, myocardial infarction (acute period)
- pregnancy (I trimester), prenatal period
- breastfeeding
- children
